By inviting, accessing, or using Zyphra, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must immediately remove Zyphra from your server and discontinue use.
You must be at least 13 years old (or meet your country’s minimum legal age for online services) and comply with all applicable laws, including Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
Zyphra provides moderation, automation, security, and utility features for Discord servers. Features may change, be removed, or be added at any time without prior notice.
When using Zyphra, you agree not to misuse the bot for spam, harassment, illegal activities, hate speech, or any actions that violate Discord’s rules. You are responsible for all activity occurring on your server through Zyphra.
Zyphra stores only the data required to operate its features, such as server IDs, user IDs, and configuration settings. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. Data may be deleted upon request by contacting support.
We aim to maintain reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, updates, or outages may occur at any time without notice.
You may not exploit vulnerabilities, attempt to gain unauthorized access to Zyphra’s systems, reverse-engineer the bot, or overload its services. Violations may result in a ban from using Zyphra.
We reserve the right to remove Zyphra from any server or terminate your access at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms or Discord policies.
Zyphra is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any losses, damages, or harm resulting from the use or inability to use Zyphra.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Zyphra after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
